I am such a loveable person. No, really, I am.

"Helena, wake up. Some friends of ours are having a party, and they invited us."

"....."

"Helena, do you want to go?"

"Whaaa?"

"To the party!"

"Noooooooooo. Stoooop."

"Ooh, is it whiny time? I love whiny time."

"Shuuut uuup!"

"Yup, that's my favorite time of the day."

"Kuuurt. You are suuuuch a jerk! I'm in pain from wake boarding all weekend. I can't mooove!"

"Ok, but what should I tell them? That you were sleeping?"

"No, tell them the truth. Tell them that I couldn't stop whining, and I didn't want to subject them to that."

"Well, at least you are honest."

I'm linking this to my sister's meme, Small Treasures Tuesday. Because being married to me is a treasure.

So now I'm wondering...What do you do that drives your spouse crazy?

Hey thanks for promoting my etsy shop ;-) and for linking to small treasure tuesdays.

I'm glad you were honest, because like David said "liars go to the bad place" . Although, I'm surprised you didn't ask him to tell them lifeinthepitts.com

whiny time is not my favorite time of day ;-)

whining. my numero uno as well. also, leaving clothes/shoes/purse/etc all over the house, wherever i am when i discard them. and almost never doing dishes (but i cook like a pro, so i don't even feel bad)

My husband just has temper tantrums. 'I DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHIIIIIING!'
Whilst thrashing around on our bed.

Pretty sad for a grown man

When I force him to make a decision - my husband cannot stand that.
Me: Where do you want to go to dinner?
Him: I don't care.
Me: Chinese?
Him: No, I don't really like Chinese.
Me: Then, please, choose a place or cuisine of food.
Him: I don't really care where we go.
Me: Sushi?
Him: Isn't that the same as Chinese?
Me: MAKE A DECISION!!! ::headmeetswall::

Welcome to my life. He also gets irritated when I take something out from the fridge and I don't put it back. Now I do it to mess with him.

Yes! The mister gets so irritated when we talk about take out. Neither of us can make a decision because we don't like the same foods and we know that so it becomes " You pick, you're pickier." 'No you pick, you're the vegetarian." "NO, you pick because I don't want to do this anymore." "Fine! Subway it is." (Except it is usually three times as long, but the exact same exchange three more times.)

It is so fun to read your blog and even more fun to see what gets people rialed (spelling?) up! This one obviously did and I couldn't help but post myself! What makes my spouse crazy? where to begin:
When I don't shower everday (what girl showers everyday . . . right?)
When the house is a mess when he comes home
When the laundry is half done at bed time
When I am not obnoxiously happy like him
When my religion interferes with his hobbies
But most importantly . . . . when I'm not using birth control!

He looked at the the other day with a straight face and most honest, sweet expression and said, "Nicole, I really think you are crazy."

That is me . . . crazy, sad dirty, emotional Nicole. But what he really meant by the "I really think you are crazy" comment is "Nicole I can't live without you!"

I think what drives my husband the most nuts is that I'm "forgetful". lol Or at least that's my story and I'm stickin to it! ;)
