Gifts for Annie

Here is what I made Annie, my sister in law. She is impossible to buy presents for. For me, anyway. But now that I'm making stuff, I come up with new Annie gift ideas every day!

I decided to buy everyone an inexpensive gift off their wish list this year (Because of that tight budget), and then make some gifts for each sister couple. Because I'm sure the guys appreciate home decor just as much as the girls do. Well, Annie's gifts are definitely the most blatently for her guy friendly, by far!

Here is where I got the original idea for these clothes pins. But I used mini-ones (because they are so cute) and paper instead of fabric.

I think she really liked them :)

So Annie is a little bit obsessed with Pickle Pops. I've never tried one, and I think they sound a little gross. From what I understand, they take the juice from a pickle jar, and freeze it. Then you eat it. Gag me Yummy! You can find out more information for this gross awesome treat here.

I ordered a bunch of these things for Annie, and then I made this shabby chic little basket thing to put them in. In Annie's office she has white furniture and Willow Tree figures and I thought this would fit right in as a pen holder or something.

After it's finished being a Pickle Pop Carrier, of course.

I got these little tins at the dollar store. I've seen this on so many blogs, I don't know who to cite. Just know this is not an original idea of mine. All you do is take the lid off, put in a circle of pretty paper, and add a little glue to hold it in place. Ta Da! Of course, I Mod Podged the paper circles. Because that's what I do.

These are paper flower magnets, to spruce up her fridge. Or a magnet board. Or any other metal surface that needs sprucing.

It was hard to get a good picture of them. They are super cute in real life, and also really easy to make(my favorite combination). I found the tutorial here.

I can't wait to use them in other projects!

And here are all of Annies gifts from me, nicely displayed. Wondering what that checker-board-looking-thing is under the presents? Well, check back later, and I'll tell you all about it.

All of it turned out great! I know she loved the gifts (I am pretty sure she kept stroking the gifts when she thought no one was looking...)

I definitely saw stroking... maybe even kissing, but you didn't hear that from me.

Those gifts are perfect for her! They're great
